T是一种酶,只在活跃分裂的细胞中生产,因此基本不出现在人体的组织中。骨髓是一个例外,骨髓细胞分裂而替代了老的血细胞。癌细胞是另外一个例外,因为它们的细胞分裂迅速。

因为题目中给出了2个exception,所以当病症出现时,无法确定就一定是cancer

C指出,telomerase出现不能indicate 就是患有cancer,因为bone marrow本身就在dividing
