关于情态动词的问题

这题DOG解释说D选项其中一个错误是'have suggested does not agree with term' 我的问题是，have之前是一个情态动词，所以后面一定要加动词原形，不是这样吗？

可以这么说，但是不必纠结与答案的字眼而是答案所传达的原则。

you are right.may后面加动词原形have没错。同时OG补充解释的没错，所以not agree。
OG说他由于have done 标明发生在过去，现在已经完成。同时百度用法用may have done 标明对于过去的推测。所以用may have done 需要语境配合。题干仅仅说一个 term意味着balabala。所以用may do。不是很合适，何必画蛇添足呢？

D Have suggested does not agree with term. The verb tenses suggest a completed action rather than an ongoing one.

我印象中情态动词后面的动词必须是原型而have就是原形，所以对OG解释中的have suggested does not agree with term'不理解，因为这里的have根本就不存在agreement的问题
