请问两个语法点

OG里面说require of sb to do sth (OG p721)是错误的。而LZM却提到了require of sb to do sth的用法（LZM P250），谁是谁非？

另外问一下WITH短语的用法
Visitors to the park have often looked up into the leafy canopy and seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging.(OG T113)
这里with短语修饰的是sleeping这个状态。它不会被误认为修饰monkeys或branches吗？
The diet of the ordinary Greek in classical times was largely vegetarian—vegetables, fresh cheese, oatmeal and meal cakes, with meat as a rarity.(OG T104)
在这里面WITH短语修饰的是vegetarian
请问WITH短语修饰前面的部分有什么原则？和which比有什么不同？

Correct "2。A required of sb. to do.... A对于sb做某事是必需的", sorry!

"A required of sb . to do"  means 要求sb 做的,为了do .....的A. ---> " the kernel" of the string is A, a none. "to do..." express the purpose.

You can try translate theh sentence" Because of the enormous research and development expenditures required of firms to survive in the electronics industry"

第一题我在补充一点。
1。A require sb.to do ....          A要求sb做某事
2。A required of sb. to do....      A对于sb做某事是必需的
   第二句话中是required，过去分词，对应的原句为 A is required of sb.
