Princess is correct.
According to the Oxford Dictionary (Advanced Learner's 6th Edition) - the capability to do something/of doing something, both have the same meaning.

我倾向capability of，不过考到概率很小，就像the Olympic Games单复数一样(我倾向单数)

但capability却不一样，新英汉字典旧版的P167，上面两个都可以the capability to do sth/the capability of solving practical
而在LONGMAN95版的P186，只有capability to do sth
固定用法现在是高频题，就象possiblity of doing sth, ability to do sth,不能不小心啊

嗯,偶的longman上面写的是跟of嘛
老美信的是Webster的，我以前复习GRE的时候都是用的这个，所以用capable of肯定没错的
