ls也对 我的理解是e 他没有说明为什么宇宙活动优先考虑于任何和钱有关的 如果把宇宙活动改成安全 是不是就对了？因为如果说明了安全比钱重要 那么后者的论述就有道理了？我主要觉得d里面所说的impediment 前者并没有说带人飞机贵是一种阻碍 并不是阻碍 只是没别的便宜的好罢了

Edward's point is about safety.  

Edward didnt address the point that is claimed by Teresa.

C) completely wrong. nothing outweights another. E's and T's point are completely different.
D) Correct. E assumes no impedement, but teresa raised this impedement as costs. E didnt address the issue.
E) the argument is not about priority...
