可是我觉得D和E都是对得。D的话逻辑潜台词是：如果移民没有去领那个卡片的话，3000的增长后的数字可能是别的原因引起的，比如说当地的老战士回乡啊什么的（我自己Y的），所以是别的原因导致了人口的增长
