感觉把C取非也可以削弱啊，外国的都满足标准了，那么就和本国的一样好了，就没必要坚持国产了啊？还是可以理解成那个就算满足标准了，也没国产的好?

C看起来和文章的逻辑不相关吧。文章就是说了是因为国外的质量不好（A），所以得出了be smart and insist on brand-name parts by Clark for your car（B）.  要建立这两者之间的关系，这个C无关.. C似乎只是再次说明了A的内容。而没有建立起AB之间的关系。
