我的解体思路：
首先，排除CE，大胆点，嘿嘿，as well as 和but also 给我删了
然后，A与B差不多，根据In  that 和because 以及 in 和 when 的区别，删了B
最后，D和A比较，根据形近选择D
可能你会觉得D看起来别扭，可是你没见过的就不会是正确的，你说呢/
