D中15 years的位置不妥。E则清晰很多。 c中subject...to中用how从句，

也不妥。a,b 中is错误。

应该是选E吧？D中：
1、“for 15years”的修饰对象有歧义，可以理解为 “ an effort for 15 years”也可以理解为satellite是effort的一部分有15年了。
2、剧中没有什么标志表明应该用现在完成时呢~
3、effort to do sth是固定搭配。
4、连着出现两个that的表达有点诡异，not idiomatic。
