D和B我觉得都比较对呀，为什么一定要选B呢？当然有人说逻辑中出现other不好，出现文中没有提到的比较也不好，但是能给我好好解释一下么？万分感谢！

Strengthener? Well, the assumption is that the US is using a great

portion of the world's resources.

B says that US uses 1/3 of the total resources.  Bingo.

其实我选的是D 觉得三分之一并不能说明问题 因为我们不知道这个算是多还是少
