我觉得选e,anxiety , or stress 都是名词，所以a reaction是合适的。所以c的when,d的a simple one like(like不合适，太口语话）不合适。

CDE感觉E的歧义最小，思路最清晰最没有疑惑，不需要让读者反复琢磨指示代词的指代对象，所以选E
