请问有没有同学尝试过和学校negotiate奖学金？

网上好像没看到类似的讨论。在考虑要不要再向学校申请一下奖学金，目前的两个offer奖都很少，希望有经验的同学赐教，谢谢！

觉得可能性很小, 接近0, 否则会有很多人去negotiate, 这可不是学校希望的. 但是anyway, it will  make no harm to go for it.

I did try to negotiate using the other offer I received (from a higher ranked school), but the school politely said no, haha... They were like "we understand that financial assistance is an important factor for you, but we do hope that you would consider the other strengths of our school such as xyz". Made me speechless :-)

It's not like they are going to withdraw the offer, if you do negotiate

PhD只要能录取一般都有奖。但数额是学校定好的，一般只有学生会和学校之间可以谈，就像工会和企业一样。

我发过email给学校，找了几个增加奖学金的理由，但没有回复。。。

听申请Phd的说，有其他offer的话可以更有谈判能力，不知道是不是适用于MBA
