今年因时间把握不好，只申了一个排名前10的学校，如果没拿到OFFER,有个机会做访问学者一年，

排名20多，只能在美国申2012年的了，去吗？年龄30+了，欢迎给个意见。访问学者有服务本国两年的限制，因没有留美工作的打算，目前看对我影响不太大。

如果不想留美工作对以后读MBA没有影响的。J-1的two-year rule对留学签证F-1没有

约束，因为F-1不是移民签证。

有点好奇  一般除了大学教授还有什么人去做访问学者啊？大学教授申MBA？

visa might be a problem if LZ wants to switch between J-1 and F-1.

Other than that, I do not see any other potential problem for such a plan.  I

would recommend that LZ comes to US for a year or two before deciding whether

to apply for MBA or not.

排名20多 is the school LZ might be able to attend as a visiting scholar.

1）是排名20多，还是前10？
2）是问申不申，还是问申到了去不去？

if i were you, i will accept the offer as a visit scholar. once you are in us, you will be more free to do whatever you want, including applying for an mba.
