D整个就是一个无关选项 原文说的是B国的事 Vassemble有什么关系啊？
C说的是生产时间没有显著降低 首先与原文所讨论的是一致的 原文讨论的是生产者人数减少的原因
第二 C选项说明生产效率没有显著提高 如果生产效率显著提高了 那么生产一定数目的电视所需要的人数也减少 C选项排除了这种可能性

只有在B国的电视组装工人减少后，剩余的每个工人组装一台电视的时间不变（或者增加也可以）的情况下，那么B国的电视产量才能减少，为了满足额外的需求，进而转向进口，于是进口V国的电视增多。

如果B国工人减少之后每个剩下的工人组装一台电视的时间大大减少的话，B国每年电视的产量基本不变，那么就不存在满足不了的需求，B国自身的供求基本上还是相等的，也就不会进口V国的电视，那么statistics 就不会显示increase of imports 了
