答案是E 没有问题。

但是B为什么错了？ OG解释 B is inappropriate. Since the ease with which a method is implemented is not at issue

我一开始的理解是如果Top managers没能力用step-by-step的方法（当然说Top没能力有点可笑，但不是没可能，他们面对的问题太复杂，正常人都没能力step-by-step地分析也是有可能的），不就能解释为什么他们更倾向于用intuition了吗，从而weaken了结论。排除他因正式assumption的一个方向嘛。

当然E更好。

只是不知道怎么判断B无关呢？还是我的思路有问题？ 请指教！！

刚才我也做到这道题了。我对B，C的理解是，题目问结论是基于以下哪个假设，那么我们需要选出一个答案来回答问题而不是选出两个。
如果要选B的话，那么同时也要选C。因为必须说明两者都有能力或者没障碍来进行MD和ID。
所以要选E~请大N们指点~
