Wharton MBA Hub Interview in Shanghai (2010-11-17)
Just got done with my hub interview in Shanghai, thought I'd update y'all while I wait for my flight.
Same basic experience as others have previously mentioned 3 behavioral type questions. one about taking a lead, one about considering others' views on a project, and another about convincing someone. the whole thing lasted about 20min. not sure what to think about that.
My interviewer was a consultant that didn't go to Wharton, so she couldn't answer some of my school specific questions.
other thoughts: she was nice, but professional, didn't waste any time on small talk, just told me that she'd ask me 3 q's and would talk notes, and leave time for me to ask questions at the end. she didn't have my resume either. |
