疑问点:   1. as 的用法 这里显然不是 作为 的意思  那么应该怎么理解这里用as?

                2. ...many of them....   我觉得是不是应该用....many of whom... 或者...and many of them......

GMAT的语法确实够.....的.........要是现实生活中也那么咬文嚼字  那我不成  孔乙己 了啊????

这道题是不是用many of them和many of which都可以做同位结构啊？

我理解：

这里AS做连词，表示比较，我做这题是看了AS前后的比较对象是否对等，A、C 中前面in hungary与后面的in much of eastern Europe对等，但A中划线最后的which 首先修饰人不应该用which,容易误解为修饰portion ,portion are in middle management 逻辑意思不通，排除A，选C

前面一半我觉得翻译成：正如许多东欧国家一样，匈牙利、、、    那个AS的短语我觉得应该是插入语，作解释补充说明用。

这个句子确实比较变态。

我觉得 as这里是比较的用法，像什么一样。

前半句是倒装，正常语序为 women work in hungury as in much of east europe.后面的部分为独立主格成分，说明women的具体情况
