首先，根据help的形式就排除了B,C,E

我之所以认为A正确是因为，我觉得可以把A看成是“为了避免头重脚轻而将定语从句后置的语法现象”

这里capability不是主要问题，从句前必须补个it，因为前面是a new type，而只有engine才能propel aircraft。分清动作的主语哦。所以ABC首先排除了。
