I think the main point to not about what your weakness is, but how you improve yourself and conquer your problem. The MBA admission is trying to evaluate your maturity, your business savvy, your self awareness and what steps you take to improve yourself and turn weakness around. You shouldn't put too much focus on explaining or cover up your weakness. Your focus is what effort you make to improve yourself. You can definitely say a true weakness in this case, for example, you can say you are not good at English, however, make sure to use examples to demonstrate that you took extra steps in life to learn and self improve your English skills. But everyone's case is different, so you have to write your own story. That also makes the story appear more believable to the audience.
But make sure you don't say weakness that has severe personal flaw. For example, do not say you are lacking business ethic or you are a selfish person...etc. Because these things would make you leave a very bad first impression to the admission. No matter how hard you try to convince your MBA admission officer, they would think you are not suitable to their program and lack of judgement.
too detail oriented; get my hands on too many tasks 等等。
I was told
that i could talk too much sometimes.
然后我又 defend myself,说 the reason i talk a lot is because I'm not afraid of
expressing my views.
最后,又说,besides, being talkative makes me a very social person, which helps me
