我选择E，在题干的末句理解为，雇主有时会依据test ,那么就是说并不是雇主一直都会这样,即（有时候）有的雇主不会参考TEST 的结果。书中对E的解释是Information about employers who do not consider polygraph tests is irrelevant to the discussion.

我之前的想法是集中在“some”上，认为有的雇主会考虑测试结果而雇佣，所以认为并不是所有的雇主都考虑这个结果，即有的人会不考虑测试结果，选了E.现在觉得好像还是C比较优。唉，逻辑这个东西。。。

题目中是some employers refuse to hire a job applicant because of test results，雇主基于测试结果的判断而不雇用。
而E是refuse to consider the results.雇主不考虑测试结果，正好相反。
