我觉得是A。

因为Anson的结论是Dr. Ladlow is not a responsible psychologist。只是从这个角度来说，A是对的。从其他方面来看，Responsible psychologist always......表示他如果称职的话，他应该接受一些特殊情况发生的可能性，不能过于肯定自己的结果。
