但现在我看了上面的讨论我想，D中说的药和SE还是有区别的，可以认为是两种药，所以不是违反前提。题干说：在治这种头痛的所有药中，se是最好的选择。D说的药虽然不包括在题干中，但疗效相同，价格更便宜，所以weaken。

举个例子如果有药物Y,本来是治疗head cold ，但现在发现和sineease相同的成份，当然可以治疗sinus headache，只是以前不知道罢了。sineease是最便宜观点是广告说的，广告说得不对所以我们才举例反驳他。
symptoms of head cold 是sinus的是不是一种没关系。就像现在阿司匹林本来是治感冒的，现在发现还可以治胃病一样。
