我個人覺得C錯的原因是：文章已經提到Florida很多的business是迎合退休者，所以就算C提到有更多的business是迎合旅客，也不會影響到Florida很多的business是迎合退休者，所以一旦減少3%，還是會影響到經濟的。

本來認為C對，現在看看，應該D最好。因為原文中是說，到 Florida的retiree減少，影響當地迎合退休人的business。然而在C中，僅僅比較當地兩種 business 的多寡，並無針對議題回應。

就算降低了这么多的百分比，但是绝对数是增加的，可以使收入照样增加
