但是,D-The pension was increased when the number of elderly Runagians

below the poverty level reached an all-time high意思是说ension增加20%,但

是需要Pension的人数也同时达到了了一个相当高的数量,那么人均得到的Pension是

否就没有得到相应的提高,所以many of them are no better off financially than

they were before the increase.不知道我的理解是否有误?

eligible Runagians。也就是说之后的情况是，一切到位后的情况。那么D说pension

是什么时候开始的就没有什么意思了）

comfortable living，就是说达到一定水平后，子女有不会再提供额外的钱了，也就

是说，政府给的多，他们就给的少，只是维持到一定的水平而已。
