Ａ哪里错了呢？

在 http://www.urch.com/forums/gmat-sentence-correction/6207-alaska-regularly-deposits.html 上找到一个解释，说 A. 选项中的 its 有指代 fund 的嫌疑，而 fund 是不可能有 oil reserves 的，所以 A. 选项错误。

我查语法书里，with的独立主格还有做定语的用法

【作定语】 主要是用作后置定语。

这样也可以理解with 是修饰intention的啊，还是说因为前面有个逗号，所以比较倾向与修饰句子？

好像就算理解with是修饰整个句子的，也没有什么问题，从石油利润里存出一笔钱，预防以后石油耗尽时balala~~

看到现在感觉在有些题里面ets就是考对effectiveness的理解，这题如果没有更好的选项，a应该是正确的，因为它没有correctiveness的错误

但是the exhaustion of its oil reserves跟 oil reserves are exhausted比起来明显是wordy
