What is the median number of employees assigned per project for the projects at Company z?
1) 25% of the projects at Company Z have 4 or more employees assigned to each project
2) 35% of the projects at Company Z have 2 or fewer employees assigned to each project

answer: Both statements TOGETHER  are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.

求中点x，按其定义，就是有～50%的项目，每项人数大于等于x，且～50%的项目，每项人数小于等于x

1）只能够知道，有25%的项目，每个项目4个人或者4个人以上，剩下的项目，每个可以有1，2或者3个人，不能确定中点

同理，2）只能够知道35%的项目，每个项目2个人或者2个人一下，剩下的项目，每个可以有3，4，5，6，。。。。等，也不能够确定中点

1）+2），可以知道，有1-25%-35%=40%的项目，每个项目的人数为3
