The question is only related to K, how many Ks. You don't need to find why and how 23 x33 x52x72x92 and 32 x54x 92x 112 are composed.
2. There is one kind of Farreri wheel(? do you know what kind of wheel it is?), there are seats numbered from 1 to n. One seat number 3, before it, there is anther seat number 18.
