The answer provided by OG is D, i could understand now.

But why E is wrong, i don't know why? Because if E is true, then the two bottles with a standard design will be difficult to distinguished.

首先题目是有提到“popular wine"这个概念。
再次题目的理解是DW和MW都有“popular wine"。

E选项是无关的,因为它指出的这些“popular wine"是用“bottles of a standard

design“, 而文中里比较的两种wines用的是“a distinctive tall, black bottle”.
