整除性质有一个推论：

一个数能否被3整除，取决于各位之和能否被3 整除。

A 各位之和为5 被3 整除于2，充分。

B 被9整除于5，被9整除也能被3 整除，也可以确定余数，充分。

题目问被3除，给被9除的条件，不充分。
