Dear XXX :

We are very pleased to offer you a one-year deferred admission to the XXX School of Business MBA program for the fall of 2008, contingent on your ability to improve your English language skills. Based on your interview and your TOEFL score, we have concerns about your ability to study at the graduate level in English and want to ensure your success in the MBA program. You will need to continue your intensive English preparation during the coming year.

You will soon receive a letter which will include an Intent to Enroll form. Please indicate your plans to enroll in the XXX MBA program in August of 2008 by completing and returning that form no later than August 1, 2007. You will not be required to pay a deposit until 2008. We will keep in touch with you throughout the year and look forward to your joining the MBA program next year.

Please join us and be a part of the excitement of what is happening at the XXX School. You will find opportunities to hone your leadership skills and to be a part of this dynamic environment. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact me by phone at XXX or by email at XXX. We look forward to seeing you next year.

Best regards,

Admission

contigent offer。
