楼上的理解有误，这里省去that不是因为简洁，而是that在这里是明确错误的。a minimum of并不是比较的成分，而是天数的修饰语。

看来只能从CONCISE角度放弃C)选择E)了

比较对象就是7天和14天，that没有必要的说。
that只有比较对象有类似于所有个结构才需要出现，以避免歧义。比如：Marry's nose is more beautiful than that of Lucy.
