GMATPrep数学题

At least 100 students at a certain high school study Japanese. If 4 percent of the students at the school who study French also study Japanese, do more students at the school study French than Japanese?

(1)   16 students at the school study both French and Japanese.

(2)   10 percent of the students at the school who study Japanese also study French.

i overlooked 'at least'

1)16 students study both F and J and compose 4 pct of the students who study F & J, so students who study F in total is 16/4%; now at least 100 students study J, so we do not know which number is greater.
2) If 4 percent of the students at the school study French also study Japanese,
and if 10 percent of the students at the school study Japanese also study French.
Since the overlapped students occupies more in those who study Japanese also study French than in those who study French also study Japanese, we can tell that more students study F than those who study J.
