OSU, Fisher - Master in Business Logistics Engineering (MBLE)热乎的面经

今晚本来约的9点半，结果小米9点就给我打电话，感觉小米还是蛮热情和善良的，不废话，先上面试题目，攒人品。

1、为什么选择MBLE项目。
2、这个项目怎么帮助你以后的职业规划
3、以后在工作中怎么处理你遇到的困难（这个题目小米整的一个老长问句，我让她重复了两遍，结果我用一句话把她的问题总结出来，她说她怎么没想到这样简单的问法。当时我就汗）
4、以后你要怎么服从LEADER的领导，让自己发挥出作用
5、你有VOLUNTEER的经历，说说你的志愿者经历是怎么样的
6、怎么处理TEAM MEMBER 和LEADER 之间的关系
7、你有什么问题要问小米

一共聊了快40分钟，感觉挺有意思的，第一次面试，虽然不是我最想去的项目，但是面试经验还是挺重要的，有面试这个项目的同志可以放心，这个小米人还是不错的，蛮善良的，大家不用紧张。

12月3日OSU-MACC面试经验

12月3日接到来自osu-macc的phone appointment...从Topway上收获很多，所以也来回报一下

我被问到的题目大概有：

1. why osu?

2. Why macc now? Career goals

3. 做leader和member有什么区别？

4. An example: a group work you do not care about but you still devote 100% effort

5. 你怎样build your social network

6. most charity work you have ever done...

7. 关于cross-culture communication

有些问题记不太清楚了。。打电话来的人鼻音很重。。弄得我pardon了好几次。。哎。。

OSU MACC 新鲜面经

之前把所有osu的面经都准备了一下，虽然常规的那些why osu/fisher/macc，career/life goal这些没出到，不过还是不少题目都是面经里面有的，建议要参加面试的人都好好准备一下。面我的是Britney, 语速比较快，所以好几个题都要pardon，不过问清楚总好过答偏题啦。

what do you expect to gain besides business knowledge in the Macc program?

In what occasions do you have to use leadership skills during your study in the Macc program?

如何在program的学习中提高leadership.

who is your role model in the business world?

a time when you look from other people's perspective to solve conflict.(意思是问你如何站在跟你有矛盾的人的立场想问题来解决矛盾，而不是之前一个面经所说利用别人的观点来解决conflict，我向她confirm过)

what will you do if others steal your ideas and take credit in it.

relationship between company's environmental consciousness and bottom line.(不是很明白问题，后来她解释说是问企业的环保意识会怎样contribute to its process)

如何克服你的weakness和reinforce你的strengths.

面试是提前一个星期前email预约的。面我的是现在MACC的学生。语速还行，发音不清楚。搞得我几次叫他重说。


问题比较开始比较traditional, 之后的比较无语。


1. Why you are interested in OSU, Accounting.
2.Leadership. How to get a balance between being a leader and a teamplayer.
3. What will you do if others steal your ideas and take credit in it in a meeting?
4. Relationship between diversity and the bottom line
5. A group of work you care little but you still devote 100% efforts.
6. How do you conduct research?

刚刚打完电话就来写了。。整个人抖得紧张死

又是Katie面的，真的是很nice，一直笑。。笑得我都不好意思了。。还建议我去加强一下business vocabulary。。

有点过期... OSU MACC 电话面试

面试的人是一个ambassador 一上来就说她这个是informal的谈话而已... 自己本身不是admissions...

anyways.. 问题大概有以下.. 问了好多

1. What made you choose accounting as a grad school field, considering that going to grad school is such a big investment?
2. What is the one thing that you value the most in an accounting master program?
3. Career goals (specific)
4. Describe how you have in the past been a leader and a teammember and tell me how it felt differently being in those two roles?
5. If you are to choose two people to be on your team, what qualities should they possess?
6. At work, what would you do if the people you are working with are gossiping about one another (or others)?
7. something about ... during your grad school career, you are bound to hear different voices and perspectives, how are you planning on dealing with those (diversity-related i guess)?

基本上每问完一个她都会说两句feedback 感觉还蛮互动的...  问的问题会随着你的答案而变多变少吧我觉得... 就其实挺custom made.. 呵呵
