140cards, I caculate is 8 : 2,4,10,14,20,28,35,70. how to get 10?

still don't quite follow q28. 将140分解成质因子相成的式子,
140=2*2*5*7, then how to 计算出因子总数 and reach the result?  any formulars involved in the calculation?

I used exhaustive list to get the following 10 scenarios, but the approach cannot be right. how can I be so dumb...
2*2*5*7; 2*2*35; 4*5*7; 2*10*7; 2*5*14; 4*35; 10*14; 2*70; 5*28; 20*7.

19. both [c(8,2)-c(6,2)]/c(8,2) and C2，2 +C2，1 *C6，1） /C8，2
are the same. [c(8,2)-c(6,2)]/c(8,2) 是从总数中减去两本都是hard cover的情况,
而C2，2 +C2，1 *C6，1） /C8，2 是将两本都是soft cover 的情况与一本soft cover 和另一本hard cover的情况见起来题目问至少一本是soft cover ,所以都对.
c(8,2)=8*7/(2*1)=28 c(6,2)=6*5/(2*1)=15

13与28、  原题目是这样的：140个CARDS，分给m人（m大于等于2)，每人多于1张卡，问有
          多少种可能？
          算法：将140分解成质因子相成的式子，计算出因子总数，减去1和140着两个因
                子，的10。
我认为原题的描述是正确的！

Can someone explain 13 and 28. I don't quite follow, seems some conditions are missing. Thanks!

19。我的算法：C2，1*C7，1/C8，2
另2和3题能否告知原来讨论地址？
今天就做到19题，除上述题目外，答案没有出入，其它的明天继续。。。

我是这么运算的：先设X天平衡。2*0.75*x=13+0.3*2*x, so x=14.444.所以在此基础上，比他大就行。
