是不是一定要有在大的外企工作经历的才好呢？
如果不在外企作，很难有实践环境把口语练的很好！

另外，中欧前有预科，是必须参加吗？都是有什么课程？

从我们现在的PRECOURSE班上的同学情况来看，被录取者往往是工作经验丰富和口语标准流利的。个别经历和口语一般的同学都是GMAT高手（750左右），而且是在前面几轮面食被录取的。中欧好象对单纯技术背景的学生不是很感兴趣。另外，要提醒各位，今年中欧对学生背景调查特别严格，在我们交了DEPOSIT以后，中欧对每个录取学生的工作背景进行了很仔细的调查，会和你原来公司的老板和HR很详细地了解你的情况。如果有不符，会很麻烦。

As a failed applier, I can give you some advice, hoping they are useful for you.

First, you can search the several famous website to get some basic knowledge about the interview process, such as it includes two seperate parts, a personal interview by two experienced persons for about twenty-five minutes and a group discussion.

As for the personal one, be noted that the interviewers are really experienced, so, do not try to lie before them, otherwise their following questions may force you to the corner. Ask youself following questions before you go to have the interview. 1. How many subordinates do you have now? 2. Have you worked for some big-name companies? 3.Why MBA? Why now? Why CEIBS? What kind of field are you going to persue after graduation and do you think that goal is realistic for you? 4. Ask youself a series of questions concerning any period of your woking experience in a way of deeper and deeper.

As for the group discussion one, first you have to talk, to show the people your ideas, otherwise the supervisor (usually staff from the CEIBS MBA admission office) has no way to give you score. Do not make people feel boring. There is no matter concerning whether your answer is true or false.

Finally get rid of the unrealistic ideas from your mind, such as you may count on your high GMAT SCORE or you want to score because you finished you higher education in a famous university.

In a sentence, whether you can be admitted can be decided by following points, understand every words of the interviewers even when they have an accent and express you well in English, apply as early as possible, be sure that you have already been a leader before you apply.
