刚刚面试了，问了几个



why MBA? why Notre Dame?



What is your job? what is your working experience?what do you do for fun?



其他的都算是闲聊的问吧，总共的问题有十几个，主要需要砍的就是上面这几个．还有就是问了关于办visa的事，看来不来的及什么的，还有问奖学金是不是非常重要啊．



前后有半个钟头吧．是Mary Goss给面的，非常nice.约的我这夜里12:00，她还挺不好意思．

Notre Dame Interview Tips

Just had an alumni interview with Notre Dame last week.  The lady was really nice and only asked the questions listed on the form she was given by the admi.  In case anyone is interviewing with ND by an alumni, here are the questions on the interview form:



1. Why MBA, what factors about ND that made you consider applying for the school



2. One example of ethical dilamma, what approach you took and what was the result, how would you do differently? (ND MBA really focus on ethic issues a lot, worth think about it)



3. Best team you worked with, what was your role? How did you practice your leadship qua



4. Where do you see yourself in five years, what company will you work with



...



some other questions i can't remember. but it's pretty standard questions. Hope this helps..

Notre Dame 面试
I have completed the interview with ND and the interviewer made me feel really great. He always said good, excellent, ...such encouraging words.

Interview questions:

(1) Why MBA, why now

(2) Why ND

(3)three fits
- teamwork: how to deal with conflicts, example
- ethical: ethic dilemma,example, what did you do.
- your most proud of leadship experience

He said at the beginning of the interview that he asked me questions for 15 minutes and  left another 15 minutes for me to ask him questions.

In short, the interviewer, David, Admission anlyst, is really nice.

面我的是program coordinator，很nice的。

问题如下：

1. why this school?
2. Tell me something about leadership? What is your leadership weakness?
3. An ethic dilemma situation
4. Why you choose the concentration of "marketing"?
5. Resume related - are you directly dealing with budget responsibility? What kind of C-level people you meet in your work?

最近刚面完这个学校的，在上海校友面的，问题很多，貌似学校给了一张问题的list，然后边答边记录，大约一个半小时，其中当然包括哈拉的时间。

几个大项吧。

转了2次才到面试的人 叫Tedy,女，和蔼，语速很照顾我啊。

NND，人家语速很慢了，我有时候都没有听懂，估计被BS听力了，中间笑了几次，算是缓解。
