B答案里面Which就进修饰Country，不是不符合题意吗

对于which定从，是“尽量”就近修饰。很多例子不是修饰紧跟着的词，如N1 of N2中。可以仔细体会。which定从肯定错的似乎只有“后置修饰整个句子”。E中还有的问题是 “to 10 percent from 6 percent ” 和“country’s $21 billion book market".

是不符合题意啊，你看后面的意思么，from obscure textbooks to mass-market paperbacks，应该是MARKET才对啊，哪有国家from obscure textbooks to mass-market paperbacks的？你说是吧？
我是这么想的  楼主自己考虑一下吧

可以GWD里面的答案就是B啊
我觉得B很牵强
E更好，修饰更明朗
但是答案就是B，不信你看
