第一题中，but连接的是两个独立的句子，各自有独立的SVO。
第二题中and所连接的两个句子，后面那个句子的she已经明确了前面句子的subject应该就是she所指代的，所以这两个句子S相同。
and与but所连接的两个句子主语是否相同，关键还得服从逻辑意思。

抛开这道题目本身不说
but作为连接句子的连词 连个句子的主语当然可以不一样

I am a boy, but you are a girl. 就是个完全正确的句子
