1、学生转手出租 您好！我是CNAM M1学生。现在马上毕业回国，可以空出一套房子。

M3的同学们不知是否找到了房子，如果需要的话可以跟我联系。

房子40平米，至少可以住2个人。家具全。房屋离学校20分钟，交通便利，安全而且安静。周
围很多超市。房租是650欧/月，可以申请两个人房补（264欧-320欧），与房东签约。

因为当初我接手这个房子时交了中介费，所以我也从租房者收取，650欧（可以商量）。以后
房子出手时收取下家的。在巴黎很正常。另外，房东要求租房者至少有一个是女孩，这样可以
保证相对稳定。

If you share room with 1 person, I suggest that you should live in a

one-bedroom appartment (in France we call it STUDIO or F1). I have visited

the potential place for you, it takes you about 15 minutes to go to school

(without changing the subway-metro line). It is very convinient in terms of

transportation then. Plus, it is quiet and you can study well for sure.



The price the the partner offers to Cnam student is about 500-600 euros, and

you can apply for the allocation from the government which can be about

200-250 euros.



The appartment will have 1 bedroom with 2 beds, or 1 double-size bed, a

living room and a corner for kitchen, which comprises a cooker, a fridge,

cupboard with all pans and cups, plates, bowls, etc, coffee machine and

washing machine.
