interview
I had the interview with an alum in shanghai. very senior and nice person. actually it's kind of unusual interview. she didn't ask me any behavior question or why school/haas stuff. we spent the whole hour going through my one-page resume. she probed in details about my work experience, starting from my college. for instance, i took a minor degree in fudan. so she asked me the motivation and the experience. following that was the walk-through of my w/e with microsoft as an intern, with deloitte and changing my career into the design industry. the whole experience is not typical so it may not be that representative. really enjoyed the conversation. hope that would help a bit for r3 applicants.
