1） more than... 修饰的错误。more than...应该修饰 20 percent of the world's fresh water， 而不是 Siberia's Lake Baikal。这里是水量的比较， 如果修饰 Siberia's Lake Baikal，则不知道在比较什么，

可能是面积，可能是水量， 比较对象不清楚。

2） 句子的重心的确也改变了。
