1，好老师教的好，但是对于学生的影响力有限，主要限于课堂内，课堂外老师事情也多，很难深入交流
2，学生学习主要靠自己努力，相对于老师而言，学生更愿意与自己身边的同学比较，大家都学就互相促进，或者都不学都去玩
