关于这个我也不清楚。至少不合适说“exceed the speed limite regularly”吧。。。
答案应该是：在被开罚单的车子中，装有radar detector的车子比没有装的人更容易频繁地超速。但是好像没有特别合适的！

求高手解答。。。逻辑题越看越迷糊。。。

There is a logical leap in the stimulus argument. The conclusion is that "drivers

who equip their vehicle with radar detectors are likely to exceed the speed limit

'regularly' than..." The word, regularly, stands for a concept which does not exist

in the premise. Option B bridges the gap.

原题中说的是曾经被开罚单的人中装备radar detectors的比例高。结论推出：装备了radar detectors的人更频繁的超速。
那么其中有一个跳跃，就是曾经被开过罚单的人更频繁的超速。
这样这个reasoning就变成等价转换了
