答案选D  不考虑有没有夫妻同在的情况下是(10*9*8)/(1*2*3)  =120 然后算夫妻同在的情况，每一组夫妻同在，都有10-2即8个其他人中的一个跟一对夫组成委员会，总共有5组夫妻 所以是5*8=40种情况  所以答案就是两个数之差

不考虑题目中的限制，从10人中选3人，一共的可能性是：
        3
C 10   =120
从中减去有couple的情况： 5*8=40  （5couples中选一对，其余8人中选一人）
所以120-40=80
