OG13 一道语法题 求分析。

答案选B 可以理解  哪位大牛能告诉我A,C 差别在哪里  错误在哪里？。

简单分析下：
A.  heirloom tomatoes的位置在...cousins后面，看上去像是修饰cousins，是个同位语。意思错误。
B. heirloom tomatoes错误同A, 第一个they指代不清，后一个They也不清楚，因为前面分句的主语也是个they.不知道指代的什么。

LZ按照逻辑理解一下，破折号后面的they应该是指代主语的吧，而原句是说这种H番茄没有他们的近亲好看但是味道尚佳
所以重点不是说H番茄的都应该不看

我觉得是这样的，

they are often green and striped，这部分可以忽略，它的作用是描述H

tomato不好看的补语。

A项，前面appearing 部分是修饰H tomato，后面grown部分也是修饰H

tomato。这样 although的半句话，主语是H tomato，没有谓语。

B项正确，although H tomato，grown部分做修饰主语，apper部分做谓语

表达不好看含义，they are 部分做H tomato不好看的补充说明。

C项一样，一是they和 H tomato太远，二是与A一样的问题，没有谓语

OG13体现出一个新的规则，although 和though相比，最大的区别是although必须跟一句完整的句子而though不用，所以A错；选项C的逻辑关系极其混乱，heirloom tomatoes到底是主语还是cousins的同位语非常不清楚，而且在GMAT中能不出现人称代词尽量不要出现，C选项与其它选项相比无缘无故出现they就已经是错误答案的标志了。D选项省略了让步标志词although错误，E选项出现了run-on错误。

AC的错误在于，相比于B，AC两个选项破折号前都不是完整的句子，这不符合破折号的正确用法。

以A为例，Although appearing less appetizing than most of their round and red supermarket cousins, heirloom tomatoes, grown from seeds saved during the previous year- they are....

这里，although后面跟的是状语从句，heirloom tomatoes是主语，grown...是后置定语修饰heirloom tomatoes。所以破折号前的句子主干只有 主语，并不是 主谓（宾）的完整结构，故不符合破折号用法。
