我最开始选的是E，正确选项应该是C。
但是我不明白E哪里错了啊？美国目前太阳能发动机的市场有限，如果美国政府推行太阳能发动机的使用，必然能打开市场提高生产量。这个逻辑哪里不对了呀呀呀呀？

lz，这道题以前我也错过，现在搞明白了，可以跟你讨论一下。
原文大意是：美国的太阳能大部分出口欧洲，后来欧洲自己研发生产，占领了自己的市场。结论句是：美国想要激发在自己国家的市场，如果美国政府能够激发在自己国家对太阳能的需求，那么他的产量就能保持大的水平，因为。。。。。。
这里有个gap,原来美国生产的太阳能都是卖去欧洲，现在卖不了了，所以要在自己国家卖。因为......所以美国的太阳能生产能保持较大的水平。gap就是在自己国家买和生产的多=卖的多的。
答案e, 美国现在的太阳能市场很小。其实lz你自己多推了一步，你看到e说美国现在市场小，因为政府推动其使用就能打开市场。这个原文中没有告诉你，答案中也没有讲出来，是你自己推测出来的，所以是错的。如果e中说，美国市场很小但因为政府的推动作用变大了，那么就可以是正确答案。
逻辑就是，只接受原文和答案的信息，自己一步也不能多推多想。
答案c：其实这是个类比的答案。原文的前提中有信息与之相联系的，因为欧洲制造商自己生产占领的欧洲市场。（而美国之前大部分的生产量都是卖去欧洲）。答案c我觉得就是把美国和原文前提中的欧洲做了个类比，所以因为美国在本土也有优势，所以可以成为他保持很大的生产量的原因。
厄。。。不知道这样讲你能接受么。。。。
