lz 这道题你只要抓住原文大致意思，用有关无关可以解决。
很多题我觉得原文看起来越难，答案选项就越简单。很多并不太需要分析逻辑链（当然能分析出来更好），靠有关无关，方向一致还是相反就可以解决。
原文：1992年，开始出现不合法的捕龙虾的船，之后，合法的捕龙虾的船的产量就开始减少。1996年，合法的捕获龙虾的产量少了9000吨，结论，

因此，这9000吨的产量都被不合法得船捕走了。
题目是找假设。其实我觉得这个原文有很多gap.答案只要抓住一个就好了。（gap 合法捕获减少的量和减少的都是被非法捕获了）
a 1996年非法捕获的船的活动并没有怎么减少（正确，如果非法捕获的船活动减少(答案取非)，那么结论被weaken）
b 1992年不合法的捕获量开始增加。（无关，题目问的是1996年的事情）
c 非法的捕获量并不比合法的多（无关的比较。谁多谁少无所谓）
d 1996年合法的的捕获量不少于9000吨（无关，合法的捕获了多少与结论无关）
e 大部分合法的船在1992年到1996年都不干活（无关，他们不干活不能说明龙虾都被非法的抓走了，并且他们在1992 年到1996年本来就不干活，对合法的和非法的无影响）

这是典型的数量增减对比型的题目
逻辑链：92年出现非法捕虾船----＞合法捕到的龙虾数量减少
            96年合法少捕到9000吨龙虾----＞这9000吨都是非法捕获的
那么提干得到结论既有假设是：出现的非法捕获是导致96年合法捕虾数量减少的唯一原因
可是注意拿92年和96年对比的前提必须是：能够捕到的虾的数量是一样的。也就是所谓基础相同才能进行比较。
A说 非法捕虾并没有猖狂到让1996年B水域地虾的数量大幅减少
那想一下。92年这边的虾都被捕当的差不多的话。96年不管有没有非法捕虾，总的虾的数量都会减少啊。于是A取非削弱成立。
如果依旧不理解可以参考一下下面这个例子：
