The one improvement would be to limit participation in the program by full time JD/MBA students who have little to no work experience. I think they took away from the level of discussion/participation in most projects. I think 5 years work experience should be required for everyone even if they are not currently employed.

There was a large range of students from those just out of college with a few years work experience to CEOs of local companies. The diversity in backgrounds and work experience lead to very rich learning experiences in the classroom. The many guest speakers from local companies including many CEOs greatly added to the learning experience. The required international residency class gave myself and other students the opportunity to work with companies from other countries providing real world international experience.
