答案是B 我错选了C，因为一开始觉得B的意思肯定不对，而没看出C中along with可能指interest rates造成歧义。按照B,fears about inflation是下降的，这和后面的a weakening of the dollar不矛盾么？困惑ing...

记得上金融课时老师有讲一般情况下，石油价格与美元是呈相反走势的，因此，石油价格下降时，美元会升值，人们对通胀的恐惧lower了，但此时，可能a weaking of dollar仍然是存在的，改善也需要一个过程啊。此题描述的仅仅是一个现象，楼主不要太纠结于意思了，如果不选B 就没得选了，它考的就是平行结构。一开始，我也选成C了，误认为只是a lowering of interest rate ,与a rally ,a weaking 并列，就把fears 处理成伴随—along with,呵呵，楼主能否再详细解释下C的伴随，谢了~

OG中这么解释C的：
Parallelism is maintained with a lowering,
but the use of along with makes it unclear
that fears is parallel to rates.

我觉得如果不是在GMAT中，这么说话没有人会觉得是有歧义的，但按照OG，咱就只能理解为along with放在这里有可能是接着interest rates说的，就好像“A of B（从属关系）, which”中which只能修饰B（我这么理解不知道对不对，还请牛人指教：）这样along with就unclear了

另外我又从意思上想，lowering,rally和weakening都有一种变化的感觉，而fears about inflation没有这种变化的意思，所以单独和它们平行欠佳。
