文中的their逻辑意思应该是指代法国人，而A、C中根据就近原则指代的是美国人所以错。
E错因为原文的意思是consume fatty foods的rate，而E中是说people的rate。
D中变成了rate。。。consumed。。。是不对的，应该是food被consume而不是rate
